If the first generation of multivitamins was determined to always add "more", we now know that a good multi is a multi that contains the right dosages in correlation with our needs, no more, no months. No unnecessary doses, just those recommended. No minerals potentially pro-oxidants and especially bio-identical forms (bioavailable and well tolerated) as soon as possible. Our Multi thus provides 25 essential micronutrients, including 17 vitamins and minerals with vitamin D (1000 IU for 3 capsules), folate, group B vitamins, zinc and liposomal magnesium for maximum efficiency.
Our omega-3 EPA / DHA oils come exclusively from small fish. They are extracted and purified in Brittany, and are free from any contaminant. Our oils also benefit from the latest encapsulation technologies (Licaps®) intended to protect them from oxidation.
A good multivitamin has only one goal: to align our micronutrient intakes with our needs. And depending on the period of our life, these needs may change, especially during the postpartum period, and for breastfeeding. Among its 17 vitamins and minerals in a bioavailable and well tolerated form, our Multi provides essential nutrients for mothers and their children during the breastfeeding period:
Omega-3s contain 2 essential fatty acids: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). The benefits of DHA are well known and this fatty acid is essential for mothers and children:

Omega-3
* The capsules of our Omega-3 formula are impossible to open (which guarantees the quality and preserves the oil from oxidation). As soon as they are able to safely ingest the capsules, they can consume the product.
** Athletes, pregnant and breastfeeding women and the elderly require a greater intake of omega-3.

Not necessarily. Certain categories of the population are particularly affected by the lack of iron, in particular women of childbearing age or pregnant women. This deficit can also affect women in the postpartum period and during breastfeeding. In any case, it is not recommended to supplement yourself without having confirmed that you are deficient in iron. Too much iron can cause unwanted side effects and can even be harmful in the long run.
It is even recommended! No problem to combine a diet rich in fish and our Omega-3 fatty acids. Especially since not all fish contain significant amounts of DHA, and that also depends on the preparations. If you really eat a lot of sardines, mackerel and salmon (everyday for example), you can simply adjust your Omega-3 intake to 2 capsules per day. A little reminder, when you are pregnant, it is often not recommended to eat raw or undercooked fish.
Well no ! If vegetable omega-3 contain ALA (alpha-linolenic acid), the precursor of the famous EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), they are not direct sources of DHA which is THE essential form of omega-3 for young children. In reality, the body converts very little ALA into DHA, so plant sources of omega-3 (flax, rapeseed, etc.) are not a good source of DHA.
