General Shipping and Returns Terms

Shipping: the essentials

• • Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse, whenever possible, within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• • Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, indicative delivery times are generally 2 to 3 business days for mainland France.
• • You will receive email and/or SMS notifications so you can track the progress of your delivery. Please note: during periods of high activity, particularly Black Friday, preparation and delivery times may be extended by 24 to 48 hours.
• • Returned products must be new, unused, and unopened, and must be returned in their original condition, with their packaging intact. Direct return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where Nutri&Co is responsible.

NUTRI&CO works with Colissimo for part of its deliveries. We favor delivery solutions aimed at limiting their environmental impact and work with our partners to promote more responsible logistics.

Shipping within mainland France

1/ Delivery to a pickup point or post office

Estimated time: 2 to 3 business days Your parcel is delivered to the pickup point or post office selected when placing your order

The parcel is available for 10 business days. After this period, it is automatically returned to NUTRI&CO.

To track your delivery and receive notifications when your parcel is ready for collection, we recommend providing an email address and/or mobile phone number.

2/ Home delivery without signature – Colissimo

48h-72h • €6.50 - Free from 89€

Estimated time: 2 to 3 business days Delivery is made to the address provided when placing your order, Monday to Saturday.

If you are not home, the parcel may be left in your mailbox or handed to a trusted person (neighbor, concierge, etc.), depending on the carrier's delivery conditions.

If delivery is not possible, a delivery notice may be left and the parcel may be made available at a post office or redelivered.

The parcel is held for 10 business days from the date shown on the delivery notice. After this period, it is automatically returned to NUTRI&CO.

For security reasons, home delivery without signature is not available for orders of €89 or more.

3/ Home delivery with signature – Colissimo

48h-72h • €7.50 - Free from 89€

Estimated time: 2 to 3 business days Delivery is made to the address provided when placing your order, Monday to Saturday.

The parcel is handed over in person against signature. If you are not home, a delivery notice is left. The parcel may then be redelivered or made available at a post office.

The parcel is held for 10 business days from the date shown on the delivery notice. After this period, it is automatically returned to NUTRI&CO.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the information needed to track your parcel.

We recommend carefully checking your delivery details before confirming your order to help ensure smooth delivery.

Returns and right of withdrawal

In accordance with regulations applicable to distance sales, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Returned products must be new, unused, and unopened, and must be returned in their original condition, with their packaging intact.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, products whose packaging or seal has been opened after delivery cannot be returned.

How to make a return ?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the products in question to us.

Direct return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where Nutri&Co is responsible (defective products, preparation errors, etc.). To simplify the process, return costs are fixed and will be deducted from the refund amount:

The refund is issued after the returned products have been received and inspected, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will proceed with the refund under the conditions set out by applicable regulations.
