Our formula offers 300mg of highly absorbable element magnesium thanks to a new generation transporter: Magshape®. This molecule is coupled with magnesium malate, a salt known for its ability to reach muscles, and magnesium acetyl taurinate which is more oriented towards cognitive tissues. Finally, taurine completes this formula with the aim of increasing the retention of magnesium in cells.
Co-enzymated vitamins and assimilable minerals
Present in bioidentical form, our vitamins are more effective than their first generation synthetic counterparts. They come from fermentation (B6, B9, B12, etc.) or plant extracts (A, D3, E and K2). The formula is enhanced with highly bio-available minerals such as zinc present in the form of gluconate.
Concentrated and stable omega-3
Our oils are purified then concentrated before being encapsulated via a new patented process which guarantees a very high level of stability. The oxidation index (ToTox) is guaranteed to be less than 5 and the heavy metal content is undetectable.
High-assimilation organic vectorized curcumin
Our organic formula brings together for the first time the two flagship active ingredients of turmeric longa, a vectorized curcumin (assimilable) and polysaccharides both supported by solid clinical data .

When to take your Sport pack?
- Omega-3s should be taken during a meal (ideally lunch).
- The Multi should be taken during of breakfast.
- It is preferable to space out the Magnesium intakes: 1 capsule in the morning, 1 capsule at noon, 1 capsule in the evening, just after the meal for example.
- Turmeric should be taken at the end of the meal, ideally breakfast.
How to take the capsules?
- The capsules are to be taken with a large glass of water, quite simply.
- The drops are to be taken directly on the tongue or in a spoon, or added to a drink.
How many capsules?
Magnesium
- Children: 1 to 2 capsules per day (to open) *.
- Adolescents: 2 to 3 capsules per day (to open) *.
- Adults: 2 to 3 capsules per day.
- Period of stress: 3 capsules.
This product is suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
* As children and adolescents may have difficulty swallowing capsules, we recommend that you open them and pour the contents into a glass of water, yogurt or compote.
Turmeric
- Children: Not recommended.
- Adolescents: Not recommended.
- Adults: 1 to 2 capsules per day.
- Women pregnant and breastfeeding: Not recommended.
- 2 capsules during periods of intensive training or joint discomfort.
The Multi
- Children: Not recommended.
- Adolescents: 1 capsule per day (to be opened) *.
- Adults: 3 capsules per day.
* As children and adolescents may have difficulty swallowing capsules, we recommend that you open them and pour the contents into a glass of water, yogurt or compote .
This product is suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Omega-3
- Children: Not recommended.
- Adolescents: From 3 capsules per day (provided it is safe to swallow capsules) *.
- Adults: 3 capsules per day.
- Pregnant and lactating women: 4 capsules per day **.
- Athletes: 4 capsules per day **.
- Elderly people: 4 capsules per day **.
* The capsules of our Omega-3 are impossible to open (which guarantees the quality and preserves the oil of the oxidation). As soon as they are able to ingest capsules safely, they can consume this product.

- Magnesium is taken in periods of 3 months or throughout the year.
- Take a 2 week break every 8 weeks of Turmeric supplementation.

Duration of the bottles
- The bottle of Magnesium lasts 40 days.
- The bottle of Turmeric lasts 30 days.

Precautions for use
- Sports food supplement based on concentrated fish oil, vitamins, magnesium and turmeric, to use in addition to a healthy and balanced diet.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek medical advice before any supplementation .
- Turmeric is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Turmeric is not suitable for children under the age of 18.
- Turmeric is not suitable not for people with liver or biliary disorders.
- People on anticoagulants should seek advice from their doctor before consuming Turmeric.
- Take a break of at least 2 weeks after 8 weeks Turmeric supplementation.
- The Multi is not suitable for children under 10 years old.

Why not have the spirulina in your pack?
It is true that we had to make a trade-off between two products sharing certain similarities. If we opted for the Multi, it is because in a minimum number of capsules it offers a higher concentration of nutrients than spirulina. The pack being made up of 3 other bottles, the number of capsules and tablets could become too important.
