There are two approaches to excess magnesium:
• Massive intake via a single intake daily can lead to saturation of absorption channels. The magnesium present in excess can then lead to digestive disorders if its transporters are of poor quality (oxide, marine magnesium, citrate, etc.). To avoid this type of problem, we recommend that you space your catches throughout the day.
• Plasma magnesium overdose, or hypermagnesia, remains very rare since it is only possible in the event of massive intake coupled with severe renal insufficiency. Your Multi does not contain all minerals, is this normal?

I don't feel any significant boosting effect, is this normal?
