There are two approaches to excess magnesium:
• Massive intake via a single intake daily can lead to saturation of absorption channels. The magnesium present in excess can then lead to digestive disorders if its transporters are of poor quality (oxide, marine magnesium, citrate, etc.). To avoid this type of problem, we recommend that you space your catches throughout the day.
• Plasma magnesium overdose, or hypermagnesia, remains very rare since it is only possible in the event of massive intake coupled with severe renal insufficiency. Louise O’Dwyer in her book Disorder Magnesium explains that this scenario remains extremely marginal. In the event of a kidney problem, we recommend that you seek the advice of your doctor.
Your Multi does not contain all minerals, is this normal?
We focused on minerals that are difficult to find in Western diets and not subject to side effects from overdose.

I don't feel any significant boosting effect, is this normal?
The presence of caffeine or Guarana (vegetable caffeine) is generally responsible for the booster effect felt in some formulas. However, it should be remembered that the boost is always followed by temporary fatigue when the caffeine is evacuated.
