When to take your Bio pack?
- Turmeric should be taken at the end of the meal, ideally breakfast.

* Spirulina tablets cannot be taken chewable, so it is necessary that a child / teenager can swallow them without problem to be able to consume them.

- Spirulina can be taken in short, medium or daily intake.

The problem with organic spirulina (labelled AB) is that it is not very rich in iron. This is explained by the fact that it is difficult to provide ferrous nutrients via plant inputs. Thus, with our spirulina, we recommend 10 tablets per day to reach 15% of the NRV.
For cases of severe anemia, the iron that our seaweed contains will not be sufficient. You will need to seek the advice of a doctor who will be able to refer you to a highly dosed product adapted to your needs. You can talk to him about Spirulina Fe (ex Ferrina), a spirulina which is specially nourished and cultivated to gorge itself with iron. Is turmeric good for digestion?
Yes, turmeric has digestive properties. However, we do not recommend increased curcumin to target the digestive sphere. Indeed, if it is absorbed, curcumin will not stay in the digestive tract and will therefore have no effect on it. In this case, use a simple dietary turmeric.
What are polysacharides on your turmeric label?
It is one of the other active ingredients of turmeric longa. It works in synergy with curcumin to prevent joint pain. It seemed to us judicious to combine them for a holistic approach of the plant.
