When to take your Essentials Pack?
- Omega-3s should be taken during meals (ideally lunch)
- The Multi should be taken during breakfast.
- It is preferable to space out the intake of Magnesium: 1 capsule in the morning, 1 capsule at noon, 1 capsule in the evening, just after the meal for example .
- Turmeric should be taken at the end of the meal, ideally breakfast.
- Probio² should be taken with breakfast.
If taking Probio² is associated with antibiotic treatment, it is best to take the capsules approximately 3 hours after taking the treatment. - Spirulina is best taken with meals: breakfast and lunch, so that they are digested more easily.

- The capsules and tablets should be taken with a large glass of water, quite simply.

Turmeric
- Children: Not recommended.
- Adolescents: Not recommended.
- Adults: 1 to 2 capsules per day.
- Women pregnant and breastfeeding: Not recommended.
- 2 capsules during periods of intensive training or joint discomfort.
Magnesium
- Children: 1 to 2 capsules per day (to open) *.
- Adolescents: 2 to 3 capsules per day (to open) *.
- Adults: 2 to 3 capsules per day.
- Period of stress: 3 capsules.
This product is suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
* As children and adolescents may have difficulty swallowing capsules, we recommend that you open them and pour the contents into a glass of water, yogurt or compote.

* Spirulina tablets cannot be taken chewable. It is therefore necessary that a child / adolescent can swallow them without any problem in order to be able to consume them.
Duration of a hold
- Take 2 week breaks every 8 weeks of taking Turmeric.
- The Multi represents the nutraceutical gesture par excellence!
- Magnesium is taken by period of 3 months or throughout the year.
- Omega-3s are taken daily and all year round.
- Probio² is taken occasionally as needed.
- Spirulina can be taken short, medium or daily.
Duration of flasks
- The Turmeric bottle lasts 30 days at 2 capsules per day.
Take a 2 week break every 8 weeks of Turmeric supplementation. - The Magnesium bottle lasts 40 days.
- The bottle of Multi lasts 30 days.
- The bottle of Omega-3 lasts 40 days.
- The bottle of Probio² lasts from 30 to 60 days depending on the number of capsules daily.

Precautions for use
- Cure of food supplements based on concentrated fish oil, vitamins, magnesium, turmeric, probiotics and plants, spirulina, to be used in addition to a healthy diet and balanced.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek medical advice before any supplementation.
- Turmeric is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Turmeric is not suitable for children under the age of 18.
- Turmeric is not suitable for people with liver problems or biliary.
- People on anticoagulants should seek advice from their doctor before consuming Turmeric.
Take a break of at least 2 weeks after 8 weeks of Turmeric supplementation. - The Multi is not suitable for children under the age of 10.
