I have just placed an order but my points are pending validation in my customer account, is this normal?
Yes absolutely, they will only be validated and therefore available once your order has been delivered.
The total amount of my order is 55 €, including 5 euros for shipping. However, only 50 points have been credited to my account, is this normal?
Yes, the number of points credited corresponds to the total amount of your items. Delivery costs do not give entitlement to loyalty points.
I have enough points to unlock a reward but I can't order it on my own?
Loyalty rewards can only be added to an order that includes at least one product whose purchase is necessary to qualify for your reward.
When can my points be canceled?
Any canceled or refunded order results in the cancellation of the corresponding points.
Some of my points are about to expire. If I choose to place an order and unlock a reward, are the points used first and foremost?
Yes, each time you use your points to add a reward to your basket, the points acquired the longest ago are used first. As a reminder, your points are valid for 365 days once credited to your account.
I placed an order as a "guest" but I would like to benefit from the loyalty program, can you help me?

Is it possible to exchange my gift for a discount voucher or a reduction on my order?
No, loyalty points can only be used to choose a gift from the list of products defined in the “My rewards” section of your customer account.
I would like to buy a mini-product without going through the loyalty program. Is it possible ?
No, these products are exclusive to the loyalty program, you cannot buy them alone.
I have a promo code, will my points be calculated before or after applying the promo code?
Points are calculated on the amount paid (discount deducted), excluding shipping costs.
